To Tricia,

Not exposed at all, actually. It's not a bad thing, merely intriguing.

Well, I'm glad you're intrigued, because, if its not too forward, you intrigue me as well. I have read all the words you have placed here and this insight into whomever you may be warms my heart. And now I want to know more. You are like a good book. I anticipate the next installment.

While I agree with everything you commented with, I have one question. You never crave a connection with another person? You never see a pretty stranger and wonder if they like the same songs as you? You never talk to a friend who is hurting and wish they would open up to you? Ok, so that was three questions. Your insight is very much appreciated (it is nice to read the words of someone who seems intelligent) but I am just curious about that.

I am not sure how to best respond, whether here or where you commented so I figured I would put this here, just in case.

Unless you grew up in Evanston (Illinois) or have gone to Comic-Con or go to U of T, its doubtful I know you. I was merely prowling the internet and stumbled across your blog and read it, found you interesting, and decided to inform you.

I do agree with your assertion that reality is more satisfying than daydreams. However, I believe that we are capable of making our reality like our dreams. Granted, I will never be an elf (super-nerd, right here) but I can still choose to take risks and make decisions that will hopefully bring me closer to the kind of situations I dream of. That is why I chose to study so far from home.

Also, Tricia McMillan is a pseudonym. It comes from a book... I am one of the dorkiest girls I know.
